Characteristics of education
1.Student-centered
1. Student-centered
I consider all students attending classes to be the center of education. This is a student-centered education that focuses on how each student feels, how they feel, what they need, and what they are passionate about. To be sure, it is not centered around me as a teacher or coach.
2. Originality
2.Originality
I place the utmost importance on the originality of our students, and support them in further nurturing and developing their work as actors. Originality here refers to how each of you subjectively understands the world and events, and what things you feel passionate about, like, dislike, need, and are suited for. such as whether it is being carried out or not. Originality is in everyone.
3.To all people
3.To everyone
Respect all combinations of social characteristics such as physical gender, gender identity, sexuality, race, ethnicity, nationality, social class, disability, age, etc., and encourage everyone to express their feelings, feelings, thoughts, and opinions. We will support the creation of ensembles that can express, communicate, and be heard, and that can lead to dialogue that values differences. We will also offer classes such as Divising Theater, where students can contribute fairly by leveraging their own unique perspectives to create works of art.
Also, if I am not able to do the above, I promise to listen to the opinions and impressions of those who feel the same way, and to flexibly change myself and make changes, such as changing the content of my classes.
